PlasTech Molding Solutions, formerly R.E.C. Manufacturing Corporation, was incorporated in 1943 by Robert E. Chick Sr.. With more than 70-years of experience with custom injection molding, what sets PlasTech Molding Solutions apart is its longevity in the Molding industry due to its expert staff’s combined experience of over 100 years in custom molding, ranging from the development of compression molding in the 1940s to the innovation of injection molding in the 1950s and through today’s demand for high-performance products including thin-wall complex geometry applications. Our Modern 40,000 square foot facility boasts multiple class 10,000 soft wall clean rooms, a well-equipped metrology lab, 29 injection molding machines ranging from 22 tons to 310 tons and a host of secondary equipment such as sonic welders and hot stamp machines, with which value can be added to nearly any product. We are currently ISO 9001 certified and ITAR registered through the US State Dept.

ISO certification is a seal of approval from a third-party body showing that our company runs to one of the international standards developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).

The International Traffic in Arms Regulations is a set of government regulations related to defense exports. The registration states we are in compliance with the ITAR requirements.
